Now at Rutgers University, Dr. Celler spent 25 years at Bell Labs. More recently, he was Chief Scientist at Soitec USA. He is a Fellow of the APS and of the ECS, holds 18 US patents and has authored over 200 technical papers. He is currently leading two SOI subcommittees: at the ITRS and at SEMI Standards. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from Purdue.
