The theme of this year’s IEEE SOI Conference (San Diego, October 2010) Short Course was “Fully Depleted Device Technology for SOC.” Eight renowned experts in the field – all of whom were from SOI Consortium member companies – provided an excellent comprehensive overview of the ecosystem for fully depleted SOC architecture. The short course day was organized by Dr. Bruce Doris of IBM.
